P3ductal system also includes automatic machines and hand tools specifically designed to achieve, both in a workshop which is fully automated or directly on site, all of the phases of construction and installation of P3ductal ducts, all in a simple and professional way.
1. PLOTTING 22PT09 - P3DUCTBRAVO SOFTWARE
In this phase, the perimeter of the single piece that will compose the finished duct (linear or fitting) after cutting and assembling is plotted on the panel.
2. CUTTING 22LN30 - STRAIGHT CUT MACHINE 22PT01 - AUTOMATIC CUTTING SYSTEM 22PT06 - AUTOMATIC CUTTING SYSTEM (BLADES)
Using the appropriate tools (manual or automatic) in this phase, the single pieces to be used in the fabrication of the duct are cut from the panel.

3. BENDING 22CL07 - BENDING MACHINE
In this phase (required only for the production of duct fittings), indentations are applied to the piece of panel allowing the panel to be adapted to the shapes of the finished duct.
4. GLUING 22IS01 - HYDROGLUE SPRAY SYSTEM
During gluing, all pieces produced above are assembled with the use of special glues and the finished duct takes shape.
5. CLOSING 22MC01 - DUCT CLOSING MACHINE
In this phase, the duct is trimmed and finished through pressing and taping.
6. ACCESSORIES APPLICATION 22TN01 - SECTION BAR CUTTING MACHINE
Using specific tools and glues, the section bars required are applied to the finished duct. When the duct is installed, these section bars permit easy connection of the single pieces for the completion of the air distribution system.
7. WASTE DISPOSAL 22TR01 - GRINDER
The chipper allows to grind P3ductal panels waste in order to facilitate the disposal.
